Terms of Service

Discord's rules come first

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using ItzABot. Anything they don't allow isn't allowed here either.

Using ItzABot

You agree not to:

• Use ItzABot to harass, threaten or spam anyone.
• Exploit bugs, for example to create coins or items, instead of reporting them.
• Automate commands with scripts, self-bots or macros.
• Try to overload, break or get unauthorised access to the bot, the website or their data.

Found a bug? Report it with /bugreport or email [email protected].

Server admins

Admins decide how ItzABot is set up in their server, including who can use moderation tools and what the filters remove. Moderation actions taken through ItzABot are the responsibility of the server's moderators, not ours.

Coins, items and levels

Coins, items, pets, XP and levels are just for fun. They have no real-world value, can't be bought, sold or traded for money, and aren't your property. We may adjust or reset them, for example to fix a bug or undo cheating.

Availability

ItzABot is free and provided “as is”. We work to keep it online and working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or keep every feature. We may change or remove features at any time.

Suspension

If you or a server break these terms, we may stop ItzABot from responding to you or remove it from the server.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using ItzABot or from it being unavailable, including lost coins, items or levels, or actions taken by a server's moderators.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and how to have it deleted.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use ItzABot means you accept the new version. Questions go to [email protected].
